Augmentin Dosing and Probiotics Help Please

Hello all. I didn't want to have my question get lost in my previous post "(Bump on face - what is it?") so doing a separate one to get advise on Ab dosing a probiotics. Sorry if this is not ok - I'm new to this forum and forums in general. I will be getting Augmentin today. It's 875mg Amoxicillin and 125mg Clavulanate. Please advise on how to dose, if I do end up going this route. I usually see this wild squirrel twice a day, so that would be doable if that would help in giving smaller dosages. I'm concerned about it causing gastrointestinal issues as I know that's common with this antibiotic. If you have any suggestions on what probiotics to buy, I will get that too. Considering she's a nursing mommy, I don't want her to end up with diarrhea and dehydrated. I saw her already today and the bump is still present; a little larger than yesterday and looks a bit more red. She still seems fine otherwise (getting around and eating, like usual). I'm still unsure if I should wait and see if this resolves on its own or if I should give this antibiotic. Any advise is appreciated!

I can dose this for you. You see her every day - is she a really big squirrel or more on the smallish side? She looks pretty lean in the pics on your other thread. I need to estimate her weight to do this with any degree of accuracy. I have a terrible time because the gray squirrels in my neck of the world (where it is cold almost all the time) are unusually large, so ALL squirrels look kind of small to me!

Thank you so much! I would say she is on the leaner side. We have a few grays visit for snacks and she's on the smaller end (not by much, but a little). Here are a couple more pics that show a bit on context (I zoomed in on the others to show the bump). The post she is next to in one of the pics is 4.5 in X 4.5 in, if that helps. Sorry, I'm not good with estimating weights. Any advise on probiotics?
