Hi, sorry to hear your squirrel is ill; not an emergency rehabber here.
This requested information is to better help the rehabbers to evaluate and aid you to help the squirrel.
Can you tell us more about what is going on? What is the diet like; do you feed a rodent block diet; and if so, which one(s)?
Please post the approx. age and weight of the squirrel: (nursing young, juvenile, young adult or older adult)
History of injuries, known conditions, and any meds you may have given and doses used.
Potential toxins and or human meds the squirrel may have ingested or been externally exposed to?
In case of accidental med ingestion, you can use Activated charcoal added to water making a thick liquid mixture; this to be given slowly as not to cause aspiration, using a non needle syringe 1 cc. ml syringe, place the tip of the syringe, just into the side of the lip behind the incisors at a 45 degree angle so it goes onto the tongue, slow enough to allow the squirrel to swallow. AVOID shooting the mixture down the throat, as this comes with a significant risk of causing it to be aspirated into the lung that you need to aim to avoid.

You will need to ask a rehabber advice for anything pertaining to a nursing baby squirrel.
The use of Activated Charcoal for accidental ingestion of toxins as described, is only for juvenile or older squirrels.
I have notified the Administration; hopefully someone will come on soon to assist you.

Moving this thread to Life Threatening. Throwing up is not normal at all for a squirrel.

Any updates on this squirrel? It's too late for activated charcoal now but at the very least push hydration. Check everywhere the squirrel could have gone (including cage and any rooms available to the squirrel) and look for old food stashes, any household items that may have been chewed on etc etc. It sometimes helps to literally get on your hands and knees to peer around at squirrel level to see what they see.
