fleas or lice

I found two squirrels and they are about 6 weeks old today I saw a few tiny insects on his body And I think it's in both bodies….and small red pimples under his belly , may be symptoms of fleas or lice?
Recommended to me I also use medicine ivermectin 1% but I was afraid they would be poisoned.
It can also be transmitted to humans?

I would not use Ivermectin on these small babies, it s very potent and very small amounts can be lethal.

Here in the states we use "Dawn" dish soap; the blue original one. This particular dish soap actually causes the fleas to sink and drown when normally they would float in water. I'd try giving them a bath in dish soap and see if that does the trick? Be sure to rinse off the soap very well and keep the babies warm until they are fully dry.

Edit: As I understand a brand called "Fairy" is the European equivalent to Dawn. I don't know if that is also avail in Iran and I could not find much info on what is available there.

I did not find this brand, Is any brand of dish soap good? What do you think about baby shampoo?
