Okay so we love leafy greens. But still not a big fan of rat blocks or squirrel blocks. Maybe sometimes. Definitely eating greens though. Don't want to offer anything else till she eats the blocks. Is that ok?

Yes, she should be eating the block well before you add any other foods.
