If you are mixing the replacement milk together with the pedialyte, you should stop doing that immediately. Use plain water with the milk replace and not pedialyte.
Hold her to your ear and listen for a persistent clicking sound... if there is a clicking that is not stop it is likely Aspiration Pneumonia (AP). You will need antibiotics to save her life.. if she has a persistent click and you have antibiotics, post the names of the antibiotics and the strength. We will also need to know how much the squirrel weighs to help you help her.
It could also be an overload of electrolytes, and now she is "dumping" fluids as a consequence. Pedialyte should not normally be given for more than 24 hours (switch to plain water or water with just a bit of sugar if the squirrel remains dehydrated after 24 hours).
If she still requires additional hydration use plain water or water with just a little sugar to get her interested.
