Hi, I noticed my baby squirrel started clicking, so I gave him antibiotics. 30 mins later the clicking sound is gone, but he started heavy breathing and pooping a bit loose, light brown color. 320916(he's not usually like this). Please help me. He's currently inside a box with light bulb.

What was the name and strength of the antibiotic you administered? How much did you give?

amoxicillin trihydrate (brand is Yusimox), 125mg/5mL and I gave him less than 0.2ml. He's 20gr

Are you sure about that weight? A 20 gram squirrel is usually hairless and pink, eyes closed.
And that does would be about 10X or more too much for a 20gram squirrel.

Update: gave him a faux fur to warm up. Trying to find heat pad but might unable to. Should I feed him pedialyte?

The dose given was much more than he should have received. Amoxicillin is very hard on their stomachs and can result in diarrhea.
If he is cold, by all means warm him up.
Giving additional fluids and macrobiotics can only help.
At this point I think you need to provide support... warmth, fluids.. and hope he gets through this...

A single baby like that NEEDS additional heat - his body isn't big enough to generate it on it's own. In the very least, fill a liter soda bottle with hot water, wrap it in a towel so he can't actually get against it, and put it in with him. You need to monitor it constantly - if the water gets cold it will pull heat AWAY from him. A heating pad is what you need...
