HELP looking for someone in PA/NJ who can take care of 5 baby squirrels

My husband found 5 eastern grey babies one is a little runt or brain injured. They are approximately 5 weeks old. We live in a small apartment and have 2 cats and a toddler. We would like to find someone who's experienced and have time to give them good care in PA or NJ (Phillipsburg) area.
