Full Spectrum Light

Hello Folks,

I moved Ozzy and Jasper into their new cage today. They snooped around the floor of it breifly and them went right back to bed, though right now I am seeing a nose emerging from the fleece...

I'm wondering about the Full Spectrum Light. When do I need to start using one on the boys? They are about 7 weeks old now.

:D I usually give mine the FS light as soon as they start to wean, that way I'm sure they get enough vitamin D as I decrease the formula intake. For me, that's as soon as their eyes open (I nix the midnight feeding, so on goes the FS light for a little while each day). By the time they're totally weaned, I have them outside, so I don't worry about it that late in the game. :)

But, that's just how I do it... :)
