Hi, new member here. I have a feeder with a water dish that I put out every day for the grey squirrels in my yard. The other day, I noticed a squirrel at the feeder had a messed-up eye. His other eye seemed fine, and I didn't notice any other issues with his appearance. I'm concerned that it might be contagious, and I want to minimize the chance of it spreading to the other squirrels, so I haven't been putting out the food and water. I haven't seen any other squirrels with this issue so far. Can anyone tell me if it's contagious? I'd really like to be able to put the water out again, since it's quite hot. Thank you!
