Ivermectin

There’s a female black squirrel who visits my yard daily. I would definitely say she has mange. Predominately down her back and front legs. My question is…if I give her ivermectin, and she is pregnant, will it affect her babies?

The info I find is that it does not pass into milk in any amount that would affect the infants. Do you need help dosing?

Thank you, I know how to dose (the size of an uncooked grain of rice). However I was afraid if she is pregnant, would the fetuses be harmed in any way.
