Hi all! I have a little girl who came in last night at 11 pm who fell from a tree onto her face on concrete. She's split her lip, knocked out her lower incisor, and has a very swollen nose and face. I've been carefully cleaning her nose out and gently suctioning blood but I can tell she's in pain. I've reached out to a few friends who are vets to see if I can get proper dosing for baby ibuprofen but they don't have any experience and I'd rather not take a chance.
She is 211 grams and is about 7 to 8 weeks old. When she breathes she does have squeaking which I think is coming from a buildup of swollen tissue and blood in her nasal passage. I am starting her on a humidifier as soon as it warms up and have a cool nebulizer on rush from Amazon coming tomorrow but would like to help make her comfortable today.
Photo of Pudge and her poor busted-up face and mouth for reference from when I picked her up last night. She has since been cleaned up but I wanted you to see her injuries in case anyone had any suggestions.

I would also suggest checking her palate for any damage /hole that may have been caused by lower incisors.
She may require antibiotics.
