How often can they have okra

I have a very picky eater. She gets her HHB and I offer veggies daily and a few berries at night after her 2nd hhb but getting her to eat veggies has been a pain in the a$$ she will take a few bites of sweet potatoes, a little endive, sugar snap peas but that's pretty much it maybe a bite or 2 of a cherry tomatoe but today I picked up okra and she ate the middle and begging for more . How often can they have okra?

Was the sweet potato cooked? You can add a little Cold Pressed, Organic Coconut Oil. This is usually found in the supplements section of the store. You could add just a little natural honey or real maple syrup to provoke interest, maybe a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Also try cooked butternut squash. Try raw zucchini. Raw carrots.

How about avocado?
