317859317859This little girl fell from a tree and the person that found them put in a box but something got to them. She is the only survivor. I got her warm and hydrated. Cleaned her up , she has some small wounds. I gave her baytril. She is eating and peeing and pooping( poop is a bit yellow) . She seems to breathe sort of fast, how do I know if she is out of the woods and will be ok?

How did you administer the baytril?
Do you have a weight on her?
She definitely needs to be on some heat.

Klacey - I'm moving this forum to Emergency for more eyes on it
at least until we know she's thriving.

I was worried she was gotten by a cat, o know it’s deadly for them. What signs should I look for?

What is the strength of your Baytril? Drugs are diluted and dosed according to the weight of the squirrel and the strength of the drug. I think you should verify that you are giving the correct dosage before you give any more.
Yes, if she could have possibly been in a cats mouth she will need antibiotics for close to a week.

It is .1ml per 100 grams correct? I have only 22.7 pills . I broke it down as small as I could and diluted in water. I’m sure not enough but just wanted something till I could get advice.

Couldn't possibly be correct strength broken down this way,
and you really need a weight on this baby for correct dosing.
Please get a weight on this baby so we may advise on the
proper breakdown and dosage.
