Left Side Weakness

I have a squirrel that seems to be very weak on the left side. If it was human, I would think it was a stroke victim. It seems otherwise healthy and has escape ability, although it will occasionally face plant when running. When feeding it sometimes just lays on it's left side to finish what it is eating. Is there anything that can be done for it?317219

This is either neurological damage from a fall or even a car strike, which MAY slowly rectify itself, OR it is neurological damage from racoon roundworm, which unfortunately will not. Making sure you can provide him with lots of easy food helps a lot - they chow down and then go home to their nest where predators don't get them instead of having to forage for hours.

It has been eating well and seems slightly better today than earlier. Hope springs eternal.
