It is often recommended to split the dosing to every 12 hours but since this is such
a small dose it's not too feasible however, I would use the first as a loading dose and dose
again in 12 hours then go from there to once every 24hrs. Duration 5-7 days.

It is recommended to give a probiotc 2 hours before or 2 hours after administering ab's.
You can use the yogurt, it doesn't have to be much.
