Hello. I'm trying to make blocks and ma following one of the recipes here given by Henry's blocks owner. One of the ingredients in the list is Henry's Vitamins. I'm not in a position to import anything from anywhere. So I have to make so with the ingredients available here. I'm posting a few pics of multivitamins available here. Could you guys please give your opinion on them, like are there any toxic ingredients here and so on. Any recommendations on dosage if it is safe would also be helpful.

Ascorbic acid with zinc chewables

Ascorbic acid - 39mg (97.5% of RDA)
Sodium L-Ascorbate(equivalent to 400 mcg of ascorbic acid) - 450 mcg (1.125% of RDA)
Zinc sulphate monohydrate - 5 mcg (0.015% of RDA)
Lycopene 6% - 1 mcg

Ingredients: Purified water, dicalcium phosphate (341(ii)), maize starch, magnesium stearate(551), gelatin, talcum(553(iii)), sugar, lactose, contains permitted natural synthetic food colours and flavours.
