How old is your squirrel? Can you please let us know what is diet consists of? Does he get rodent blocks? Did he take a fall? Did you find him laying at the bottom of his cage?
A sudden paralysis without a fall could be in fact MBD if his diet is not adequate and ust addressed quickly, because it could prove fatal.
Would you have access to some Tums, or calcium powder - without the vitamin D?
Taz is 5 months old, he eats fruits , rice milk cerelac honey, I don't know he took fall or not it happened at night I guess and in morning I found him in this condition, he was dragging himself in morning with his front two feets.

Here is the link to the MBD emergency treatment... start this right away! It may save his life (and it will not hurt him in the unlikely chance this is not MBD, but I am fairly certain it is!):

You need to find a source of calcium for him like Calcium Carbonate or Calcium Citrate powder with no Vitamin D in it. Stores may carry it in the health/vitamin section. If you can find it in pill form (with no Vitamin D in it) it can be crushed for use. Please see what you can locate and then post it here.
Another option is to make your own calcium from egg shells. Here is the method to use if you are going to make your own calcium powder. https://tiphero.com/eggshell-calcium-powder
If the paralysis is from a fall this calcium won’t hurt him. If it’s from MBD it may save his life.
