Squirrel pounced on by small dog - Please HELP

I have a 10 week old male squirrel who was pounced on by a small dog (9 lbs) yesterday morning. I managed to free him quickly and he ran up a tree and sat very high in the tree for about 3 hours. He has been out of the cage daily (all day long) since 15-Sep-2020. After the incident this morning he would not come down from the tree when I called, but around noon yesterday he was waiting for me lower in the tree and allowed me to pick him up.

He drank 15ml formula at that time. He seems very lethargic though. I can handle him without him flinching and there are no blood/puncture wounds visible. However, I noticed a 'lump' (pink spot on photo) on his abdomen just forward of his right hind leg. He drank 10ml formula again tonight and might have eaten some solids. I have him back in a small cage so he can rest and be safe for now. He survived the night and drank 15ml formula this morning.

Can someone please give me advice what I should do for him? What medication? What treatment?

With knowing his weight Ibuprofen can be given for pain/inflammation.
As long as it's not some type internal rupture it can help bring the swelling down.
A 10 week old is too young to be released/ outside on it's own to began with...

Thank you for your response. He weighs 314g. How do I calculate the Iboprufen and what kind/brand do I give him? I assume it would be in liquid form?
