Hard brown bumps

Hard brown bumps all over showed up out of nowhere making her lethargic I’m really worried shes gonna die does anyone know what they are.

Are those just in the groin area or are the more other places?

I'd start with washing her with a diluted betadine (povidine iodine) solution. You can get this at most pharmacies and places that sell first aid type supplies. Dilute it with water to look like weak tea and wipe down the area several times a day. No need to rinse. Betadine is a good general treatment for topical issues... maybe someone else will recognize exactly what this might be.

She looks a bit dehydrated in the picture, but it could just be the pic. Does she pass the "pinch test" for dehydration? Do you know much does your baby weighs?
