About 3 days ago I brought in a weak baby squirrel and since he came in he has been good and starting to get healthy but suddenly this morning he has gotten extremely weak, arches his back and goes stiff occasionally, and doesn't eat. We got him Esbilac formula for now while we wait for some Fox Valley formula. He hasn't started eating solid food yet so we feed him every 3-4 hours. I do know his weight. I checked around and saw it might be Hypoglycemia, so I took some honey and put it on his gum, and he seemed to get better but after 20 minutes the arching and stiffness started again. Additionally he started clicking a little bit but stopped after a couple of minutes and hasn't done so in over 20 minutes. I apologizes if this was discussed on a different thread but I need help.

Here are some links that may be able to help you for now.
Baby squirrel care: 6 concise pages long with the next button on the top right corner.

Is the Esbilac the powdered kind and is the expiration date 10/2021 or later?
Can you post a picture?
Are his eyes open?
Do you have a weight on him?
We feed formula according to their body weight of 5-7% each feeding.
If these are seizures honey or molasses on the gums is a good thing to do as
it brings the blood sugars up.
Do you have any history on him?
It sounds like he may be having "mini seizures": which would be most likely caused by a fall.
Do you have Prednisone? All you would need in one pill, a weight on the squirrel and we can dose the med.
Feeding chart according to the squirrels weight in grams.

Do not have the weight on him sadly.
It is powdered and it’s expiration is 5/2022
History: I was told he was hit my a vehicle and survived two days in a parking lot before It reached me. As stated he was weak when he got here fed him for 3 days and throughout that time he was pretty lively. And this morning he ate very little. He is ,and I’m guessing from the little knowledge I have, about 5or 6 weeks.
And I do not have prednisone sadly.

I agree with Nancy, this baby sounds as if it's having seizures and could benefit from Prednisone.
Having a scale to know their weight is essential not only to know how much to be feeding them each feeding but also medications are dosed by body weight. You can purchase a scale for weighing in grams under $20. @ Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond among others.
The Esbilac you are feeding is a weaning formula and not the correct formulation for supplying the nutrition needed.
The correct Esbilac pictured below.
