My tiny baby squirrel has big bumps with what looks like pus on the lower belly. I noticed this two days ago and treated it with Dog nystatin but it is continuing to get worse am also new to this so idk if the image is attached

Hi Katie, we have several problems. The baby looks very dehydrated. The bumps are probably a Staph infection. We can help you treat that but I’m more concerned about the dehydration. It might just be the wet hair. Pick the skin up on the shoulders. If the skin tents, the baby is dehydrated. If the skin snaps back in place the baby is hydrated.
Do you have any antibiotics?
What are you feeding the baby? How often is he eating?

How long have you had them.
What is the weight of the babies?

For the pustules you can use a weak Betadine solution. The generic is providone-iodine. Dilute it to a tea appearance and bathe the stomach with it. It might also need antibiotics.
I’m concerned about the loss of appetite.

I had 3 babies who got weird bumps like this. I used the diluted betadine and then applied neosporin and they were gone in no time.
