Need help identifying my baby’s age!

So my little girl still doesn’t have her eyes open but I noticed she already has her bottom teeth coming in. I don’t know if this is normal or what’s going on and she won’t eat because it seems like it’s bothering her, if it helps at all she’s continuously smacking her lips and trying to suck on stuff

A picture would be helpful to asses age, condition, etc. Eyes open around 5 weeks old.
What are you feeding her? - Type formula?
Is she dehydrated? - a dehydrated baby will refuse to eat.
This baby would be on formula for quite some time yet.
babies are fed between 5-7% according to their body weight.
