315982315982We are trying to take care of 2 babies. I think 1 week or so old. One is very healthy. The other has small red bumps all over. Think that this might be a skin infection and washing with diluted antibacterial soap. Poop started out small and black. Then turned a little more brown. Just fed him and cleaned then put him in cage but found he just pooped a lot of yellow not diarrhea like poop. Is this normal?

Poop from momma's milk is dark.. formula poop should be a golden / mustard color. Perfectly normal. :thumbsup
They should be stimulated to poo and pee at each feeding.
They are about 2 weeks old, +/-. Those could be ant bites.
Washing several times a day with diluted betadine solution would be better than the antibacterial soap. Mix betadine (povidone-iodine) with water so it resembles weak tea... like 20 drops in a cup of water. You can get this at any drug store. This is great agent for bacteria, fungal and other issues without the residue of the soap.
What are you feeding them? This 6 page long primer on baby squirrel care may be helpful:

I’m not sure what the bumps are? We’re they found on the ground? Possibly ant bites? Do you have any betadine? If you can get some, it’s sold at Walmart in the first aid section, dilute it by putting about 20 drops in 1/2 cup warm water. Use a cotton round and wipe him down with the solution a couple of times a day. You don’t have to rinse him, it will dry and not be sticky. Keep him from getting chilled though. Feel free to get the generic version of betadine. This will help with bacterial and fungal skin problems.
What formula are you feeding them? It’s normal for their poop to turn a mustard yellow color when on formula. Moms milk produces black stool.
We recommend that they are fed 5-7% of their weight at each feeding. Ex. 100gr baby would be fed 5-7ml of formula at each feeding. Don’t over feed or they can get diarrhea.
Edit: I see Spanky typed faster than me.
