A scale is necessary for medication dosing but also everyday feeding. n
What are dosing info are you asking... what are you treating (symptoms), what medication (and strength)?
If you cannot weigh him, maybe post a picture of him next to something for reference like a soda can, Campbell's soup can, or some other common / universal object that will help allow a guestimate of weight.
I have seen baby squirrels weigh anywhere from 45grams to 200grams when their eyes open which is why weight is so important.

A baby squirrel with AP rarely survives 4 days without antibiotic treatment. The clicking with AP is persistent.. they usually click constantly. They all have a "mouth click" especially after eating, which is a different click but still alarming if unfamiliar with how this differs from the AP click.
Has he lost his appetite or become more lethargic?
What other symptoms besides the clicking have you concerned?
In case this is AP, what medication and strength do you have to treat him?

He needs snuggly fleece and lots of it to borrow in.
Keep hiim in a container that he cannot crawl out of.
Keep him away from kids and pets, that's a MUST.
We will help you in anyway possible, just let us know.

There is a highly recommended rehab center that you can take your little one to. It’s called:
Wild Heart Ranch
10370 S. 4190 Rd
Claremore, OK 74017
918-342-9453
It’s always best for squirrels to be raised with a buddy. If you can get your little guy here he will have the best opportunity to be with other squirrels and get the care he needs, if antibiotics are necessary.

I sent you a text. You can contact me if you have any questions. If your baby has AP you must get him on antibiotics quickly.
