NEED DOSING FOR AP

I had a baby brought to me last night, clicking with breathing, not eating, lethargic.
I only have Amoxicillin 500mg and Cefdinir 300mg. Can someone please help me with dosing and instructions.
He weighs 86g (3oz)

Sent dosing by PM. Please look for other antibiotics. Amoxicillin is not the best for AP. Cipro or clavamox would be great.
