I've been trying to save this about 4 week old squirrel and today she doesn't want to be under and blankets and now she is flopping around. She's cool to the touch - not cold but not really warm. I started her on SMZ yesterday afternoon for aspiration pneumonia. I've been giving her pedialyte and henry's formula but this last time she wouldn't drink the pedialyte. Is she dying? I'm not sure what to do! Please help!

Never feed a cool (or cold) squirrel.
Are you providing a heat source of just blankets? I would hold her close to me and try to warm her up. You can rub some molasses, honey or syrup (in order of preference) on her gums... the sugar may help her come out of the seizure.
If you can get her warm, you'll want to get hydration fluids into her even if that is drop by drop.
Edit: When giving pedialyte and formula, they should be alternated (hour or more apart) and not given at the same time. If you have been giving pedialyte for more than 24 hours, stop giving pedialyte and give plain water or water with just a little honey or molasses in it (no salt).

Yes, she is on a heating pad on low. Ok, I'll give that a try. Thanks!
I have been alternating every hour with the pedialyte and formula. I have been giving the pedialyte for over 24 hours so I'll switch. She is hard to hold onto as she keeps moving.

How do I know if she's warm enough?

She should feel toasty warm. Her extremities should feel warm too, not cool to the touch.

When getting ready to feed her, wrap her up in a small piece of fleece or cotton that has been warmed. Babies will chill as they are being fed. I always keep a square of fleece under the container, right on the heating pad. When I'm ready to feed a baby I just take it out and wrap the baby in it.
