I have a 2-3 week old female, she has been doing great till her feeding last night when she got a little too excited eating and had some formula come out her nose. Fast forward to this morning she was not interested in eating at all and very lethargic and has been this was all day. I’m now noticing the clicking with almost every breathe. I do not have any cipro, is there anything else I can give her or do? I just weighed her and she is 16.1g

There is nothing you can do for AP outside antibiotics. Call around to family, friends to see what kind of antibiotic you can come up with.
You would only need a pill or two, we can tell you if it can be used and how to dose.
You also need to double check your scale, that weight would be closer to a 1 week old pinky not a 2-3 week old.
Time is of the essence, untreated AP will take them down and out fast.
