Safe Trees

Hi All
I have a question regarding conflicting info. According to the pyramid ,Oak trees are safe. BUT another list (found somewhere in forum) from ASPCA says that oak is not safe. Can someone please clarify that. Thanks so very much!!!💜🐿☮️

From the information that I got... Oak trees per say are safe, but it's the acorns which that can cause problems since they can sometimes end up toxic i.e. they rot easily once on the ground and you can't tell from just looking at them - you have to crack them open to see.
