Nose issue question?

IRMIE has a pimple like sore on her nose, it's gotten bigger. Any ideas what it could be🤔
I thought scratch or fight, but it's so perfectly round.
If she was an indoor kid I could put warm compress. Not sure what I can do for her. Thank you.

My first observation says her "pimple" is building a head.
Possibly a small abscess that's coming to a head, that
would explain the fur loss surrounding.

My first thought would be to try and see if her incisors are lined up
in case it's being pushed from the inside.

If necessary an abscess can be eaisily treated by lacing a nut or ball.

I actually might be able to check her teeth, she comes to me daily I can pet her🤗
I was leaning towards abscess. It's too early for bot fly which looks different.
