I hate to do this; I was planning to release these guys at my house. We moved last year, though, and I just can't get rid of all of these cats around here. 😞 I want these squirrels to have a decent chance of survival, and that's more important than getting to watch them grow up. I've seen these evil felines take down too many already. I'm hoping there's someone local with a good spot to wild out and release my babies. I've got 3 total, but the oldest has repeatedly refused to leave the nest, so to speak. I know these 2 would be ready, with some distance from humans. Is there anyone out here who can help? I'm sorry I'm even asking, but it's not safe here.

I have reached out to someone in your area (Nana3) to see if she knows of a rehabber close by that could help. In the meantime I will give you the name and number of a licensed rehabber that is located in Hudson. Maybe she can help, too. Her name is Tina 727-809-0916.

Kelly Brady is in St Pete Beach, but not sure if she's actively rehabbing. Will find out...

Any luck? I've been doing everything I can to deter the cats, but I'll always work is not enough. If everyone's got their hands full, I'll just take as many precautions as I can, here. Thank you for looking!

Did you call Tina at the number I posted? She has folks that work under her license in the St. Pete area.

I’m not sure what you mean by “study guide for rehabilitation”? Do you need assistance with a baby squirrel?

Sounds as if you are looking to study for the wildlife rehabber exam? Usually those guides are available online....:dono We may need to start a new thread for you. :)
