Respiratory trouble in adult squirrel , raspy breathing

I raised and successfully released a female squirrel in October. All winter I have feed neighborhood squirrels black sunflower seed. Today I observed an adult with very noisy llabored breathing and not very healthy looking fur. I don’t know if this was my female but would like to know medicine to buy from a farm store and how to treat this squirrel

Possibly antibiotics? How is she doing today? Do you know what kind of squirrel, approximately what size? (Reason: I noticed Idaho and size is relevant to dosing. I am not a rehabber and cannot entirely solve this, but I can anticipate questions as a long time viewer of TSB.)
