Just rescued some pinkies a week ago. One baby just started sleeping with her mouth open, can anyone please give me instructions on what to do? Please help.

Are you suspecting something wrong with the breathing? If you hold him up to your ear like a phone do you hear clicking with each breath? What formula are you feeding?

Welcome to the squirrel board. Can you post pictures of the babies and tell us what, how much and how often you are feeding? How much do they weigh? Are you using a syringe?
You can text pics to me if easier 203.214.7427

Yes. She started sleeping with her mouth open last night and am hearing a faint clicking.

Ok, tell us how much they weigh and how much they are eating.

How are you mixing the Goat's Milk Formula?
How long have they been on Pedialyte?
If needed they should be on it no longer than 24 hours but
never mixed with formula.

I think I'm seeing a 3 ml syringe.
For ones this small you a 1 ml syringe.
Do you think the little one aspirated?

Do you want us to try to find a rehabber?

Do you have any Cipro (Human Ab. or Baytril Animal Ab)
OR
Augmentin (Human) or Clavamox (Animal)?

Here is a useful guide to baby squirrel care.
It's 6 concise pages long with the next button in the
top right corner.

Thank you new-squirrel-mom for helping these little souls!

They are precious and so helpless.

Lots of info to take in here but everyone here will do their best to help you. If you have questions, just ask.

Babies are now with a rehabber. This finder was a dream to help. She listened and got those babies on a better mix of formula with cream. They all gained 2+ grams each and looked 100% better.
