My little Carly has been losing weight in the last week, the vet gave her antibiotics until I can bring her in tomorrow. Today when my husband came home to check on her she threw up. I've never seen her throw up and now I'm very worried

This is urgent. The diet of mainly nuts is a recipe for disaster.
I am thinking that the vomiting is from a larger dose than needed of antibiotics. It can kill the good bacteria in the gut and cause GI upset.

If the Albon strength is 50 mg/ml the dose for a 250 gram squirrel is 0.25
I'm assuming when Jessica says 1/4 of a cc, 0.25 is what she means.

Also, give probiotics when on any antibiotic. I get the capsules from CVS, pull them
apart and give ~ the size of a capital O. The taste is pretty benign so she may even
lick this off of your finger. If not, add a touch of water and give it to her orally.
Give this 2 hours after giving the antibiotic.
Keep her well hydrated when on any meds.
