My best guess is that Rocky is about 2 1/2 months old. Up until Dec 20th, it has been just he and I here at the house. I told my boyfriend he wouldn't go to him so don't be surprised when you get home and he is a rude squirrel. That's what we were prepared for. Others have came by the house, even another rehabber, Rocky, of course, was rude and scared. Boyfriend walks in the house and Rocky jumps on him like he does me and runs all over him like he does me. I thought maybe because we video chat every day and maybe Rocky remembered his voice or something as he was always out when we videoed. However, since the boyfriend got home, Rocky refuses to use his litter box, which he has always used, he is urinating on me and pooping on the boyfriend. I don't know if he is jealous, mad or something else. He does not attack the boyfriend, still crawls all over him and will go from me to him. However, since the boyfriend has been home and with all the family over for the holidays, he hasn't been out as much as normal. I still take him out for his exercise, but he will urinate and poop on everything. Any ideas????

Never can tell about those little critters!
Sounds like he's marking you as his territory and has accepted your bf.
Do you have any pics or videos?
Edit: What about diet? Are you aware of MBD and captive squirrels?

He eats fresh greens, as in lettuce, dandelion greens (picked out of the yard), pine cones, pine bark, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, broccoli, applesauce, apples, even gave him a few sweet gum balls to check out and he loved them. I only get the organic veggies for him and wash them before he eats.
I have read and watched a few videos on MBD and he has no signs or symptoms of that....lol. He runs and jumps and is a very active little guy. My boyfriend will be leaving on the 2nd of Jan to go back out on the road so we shall see what happens then.........

The only novice advice I might offer is that you start him on a couple of Henry's Healthy Blocks per day. They have what a captive squirrel needs that he may not get otherwise.

He definitely needs some type of rodent block. Henrys picky eater or hazelnut blocks are very well accepted.

Yes, he absolutely should be eating a good quality rodent block or he will have problems. The first three products here: https://www.henryspets.com/diets/ should be fed at the rate of 2 per day in addition to helathy veggies and limited fruit and very, very, very limited nuts TREATS. They provide all daily vitamins and minerals.
He is 2.5 months old? 10 weeks? He should still be taking formula... When did he wean? Could your age estimate be off?
Peeing is a statement of ownership. You are his. May I suggest you get a big, long sleeve tee to wear over your clothes that you wash only semi-regularly? If you smell **right** he won't pee on you so much - if you keep removing it...well trust me - he isn't gong to run out of more pee... :grin2
