Organic coconut oil has been shown in rat to support the uptake of calcium into the bones.
Walnut oil is astringent, not the best taste. Chia oil has found acceptance with tree squirrels, notably having very good health properties. It also has the best Omega 3 to Omega 6 positive ratio, and is not 'goitrogenic' as to not lower the absorption of organic iodine into the bloodstream as flax, that is highly 'goitrogenic',does. Soya oil and soybean lecithin are much the same in regard to both having high goitrogenic levels. Soy oil, and canola oil are two key sources of GMO produced in grains the third is corn and corn oil. GMO produced grains contain pesticide like compounds that have been shown to promote cancer in rats.
