spinach yes or no?

I was told not to give my two little ones (9 weeks old) spinach, that it wasn't good for them. I have read that it IS ok to give them spinach. Does anyone know for sure? Thank you in advance.

I was always told it was ok IN MODERATION, 1 or 2 times per week. Most squirrels love it, but it does contain a lot of oxylates which can cause problems. Not for every day but ok once in awhile.
