Baby squirrel teeth problems?

Does little Phantom have malocclusion? His top teeth look crooked. He seems to be a little more uncomfortable today than he has been. He keeps rubbing his face and is chewing on everything. If he does, how do we treat/correct it?

We are trying to get him used to having us open his mouth in case we have to trim his teeth, but we would rather avoid that if its at all possible
