He feel very loose and sleep al time. Became less responsive and doesn't eat

Hold him to your ear and see if you hear a "clicking" noise when he breaths or a crackling sound. This could be Aspiration Pneumonia (AP)... they loose their appetite, become sleepy (lethargic) and there is a clicking with each breath.

If this is what is happening he will need antibiotics right away.... Ciprofloxacin is the best for AP, but many other will work but more slowly. If you have any antibiotics, please tell us what the drug is, the strength and we will need to know how much the squirrel weighs.

If he is not making clicking noises when he breaths... stop all formula and give him a little water every hour.
It may be that he is dehydrated, which would make him feel nauseous, and refuse to eat.
About once every three hours try a little diluted warm formula to see if he is regaining an appetite.
