Baby Flyer VS Baby Grey

Hey guys! I just got my first baby flyer. I’ve released 4 healthy greys. Are there any differences I need to be aware of? Anything I should start out doing differently? Baby looks to be about 4 weeks. Only had her for a few hours. Still getting her warmed up before I try pedialyte.

The biggest difference is that a singleton flyer can’t be released alone. Unless you plan on keeping her as a pet, I would look for a rehabber that has some for release. Actually, a 4 week old will be difficult to find others with flyers that young I would guess.

They do make good pets for the committed person. Not everyone can make the commitment to a nocturnal creature.
