5 week old with pneumonia, I need dosing amounts quick

A friend has 2 5 week old babies, they opened their eyes 2 days ago. One has pneumonia, it's clicking when it breaths.
Drugs on hand.
Generic for Bactrim - SMZ/TMP DS 800-160 TAB AUR - Not expired
Amox-Clav 500-125 MG tablet Expired 2 years ago (how long should I keep this one?)

Baby is approximately 133 grams. I seen photos and video, he's not looking good.
