UTI blockage

Hi guys.
Have a 7 week male gray. I know he has a UTI and has started antibiotics. His bladder is completely blocked and dangerously swollen. Vet is closed. Used warm bath, no avail. How can I ease his bladder safely.


*im a licensed rehabber and do have access to several meds etc. hate to lose him this way.*

Is his bladder blocked or has his penis been suckled and that is what is blocked. If it is his bladder, have you tried manually expressing it?

In the emergency section there is a sticky showing how to manually express a bladder.

I’ll give that a view. I’ve tried massaging, soaking, expressing. He is obviously in pain. There’s no obvious irritation of the penis and the group he is with are all eyes open babies, so I haven’t noticed any sucking or self soothing.
I’ll let you know how it goes.

Is his penis enlarged? What are you seeing that says he has a blocked bladder?
