I have a baby grey squirrel who seems to have aspiration pneumonia. He's clicking constantly, but unlike the squirrel in the video, his is a fainter sound and his breathing is shallow and rapid. He's not eating very much and has gotten weaker. My sister-in-law has Cipro 500 mg. He weighs 85 grams.
Can someone help me break this down so I can give it to my baby?

I didn't know how to start a new thread, but someone was kind enough to do it for me so that my post would get more views. Someone did inbox me dosing instructions though, so I used my sister-in-law's Cipro to make some medicine for the baby and gave him the loading dose last night, and another dose (half of the loading dose amount) 30 minutes ago. He's still clicking a bit, but he was quite lively and climbing all over me while I was driving this morning, and he ate really well at his feeding just now. Does anyone know hoe long it takes for the clicking sound to completely go away?
I was feeding him with a bottle from Tractor Supply before, but have switched to a syringe now so that I can control the flow rate. I ordered a "miracle nipple" to attach to the syringes, which should be here tomorrow. Currently using Esbilac formula, but the Fox Valley formula I ordered should be arriving today.

I hope you got the Fox Valley 20/50?? Not the 32/40? If it is the 20/50, don't suddenly switch formulas - you want to gradually mix the Fox Valley into the esbilac until after several days you have transitioned to all Fox Valley (and some of us never go all the way, staying on a 50/50 blend of the two formulas).
The clicking sound is caused by congestion in the chest and it may take a bit for it all to clear away. Do the whole round of meds though.
