Help Dosing for aspiration Pneumonia

I have a new squirrel just passed on to me, clicking and lethargic. I only have bactrim 800-160, cephalexin 500mg,clindamycin 25mg/ml, metronidazole 250mg tablet, fish erythromycin 200mg per packet. Which can I use and what would be dosing please???? I cannot get anything else, the vet has ordered me the right meds but I need something now and the vet is an hour away and I cannot get in. She is 80 grams.

The cipro is really old, 2011. The Bactrim is 2017. I think they are still good. They have been kept in cool dry dark place.
