I have a 5-6wk baby girl, she appears to have injured both of her front legs. They look as if the break may be either at her elbows or her wrists.
When im feeding her she tries reaching out to grab the nipple, but she cant extend her arms to do so, however she is able to move & wiggle her fingers to massage the nipple.
When i found her she was in alot of pain. She was screetching, & crying loudly (it was heartbreaking) Ive given her Infants Motrinn after researching how i could help relieve her pain, and attempt to bring her some level of comfort. Which it seems to be helping for right now. Please guide me in what i need to do now, who can i contact for proper care, or should i attempt to splint them myself?.
