24g baby pnemonia

I found a little baby out in the rain, he was very cold warmed him up noticed a clicking when breathing (pnemonia) need to know how much amoxicillin to give. Nobody is open to help. I have 500mg capsules for humans. He has no fur yet but skin is getting darker. Weighs 24gm. Please help. I do have Pedialyte and dog milk replacement on hand with a 1cc syringe.

Please try to find Cipro (Human) or Baytril (Animal)
antibiotics. This is one of the best abs. for pneumonia.
Also check family and friends for Doxy or Augmentin (Human)
or Clavamox (animal)
All you need is one pill and we can dose it for your little one.

Edit: Dosing sent for Amoxi 500 mg for a 24 gram squirrel.
