Yellow runny poop with bubbles ???

My 4 week old dehydrated baby was on rehydration mixture for 2 days and now on formula he started pooping yellow bubbles and I dont know what to do??

This could very well be due to the hydration mixture for 2 days. He has nothing solid in his stomach to poop out normally, only liquid. HOWEVER....if you notice a sickly sweet odor and IF his poops don't improve after he is on full strength formula, you need to treat for coccidia. A very common bacteria in mammals, it occurs when the body is stressed. Remember to keep him hydrated if necessary between formula feedings, while he still has the runny poops because that will dehydrate him again.

Fox Valley has a product called Dia-Stat that works wonderfully, and is always good to have on hand for diarrhea with dehydration. You feed it as the formula for a short time and it firms up the poops while also providing nutrition. :great
