dried formula stuck to fur

Hello, i noticed a tiny spot of dried formula stuck to my baby’s fur and it doesn’t seem to budge with water. Any recommended ways to remove it?

A warm wet rag worked for me . I know they’ll lose their fur in that spot if it doesn’t come off . Perhaps add some dawn liquid soap to the rag . maybe some else will have a better idea
