Let's make this EASY. I just talked to Kelley Odell. Just send all NC calls to her. If she can't do it she will do the networking and get the baby to someone that she knows. She knows who is good and who is not and she would NEVER send a baby to someone she doesn't trust.

Kelley's phone is text or voice and it is on from 5am till 11pm. I know Kelley very well, I've been to her house, I've seen her set up, I've seen her babies and I've sent numerous finders to her.
