I am volunteering with a rehabber and 3 of our - approx 2.5 to 3 week old baby squirrels developed tiny pustules yesterday they look like ant bites for a while then they reduce to blister like skin issues. This is not something that we have dealt with before any help/ advice would be great. I bathed them with antiseptic soap and wiped them down with diluted iodine and applied neosporin yesterday they look a little better but still curious what we are dealing with.

where it looks white there was a pustule yesterday. Now it just looks like an air filled blister or like peeling skin after a sunburn. Its not a bump.

Do you have any antibiotics? Maybe SMZ/TMP? Are the bumps increasing?

They are not increasing today. I started the one in the picture here on antibiotics yesterday. I asked the vet for baytril and the gave orbax for the skin issue and in case she is developing uri. I can barely give any b/c the dosage is .15 ml per pound so i literally gave one drop.

Squirrels are dosed by body weight, if you can give us a weight we can likely
tell you what the proper dose measures out to be.

What you will likely need to dilute some to get a measurable dose. We can help you on the hows of that too.
