Ok so Daisy is an NR due to her having a malocclusion. She’s only 3 months old. She is normally hell on 4 paws and into everything all day long. Today she has been in bed all day and when I’ve checked on her if she wasn’t asleep she was licking her blanket. I brought her to her food and water she drank a little water inhaled some avocado which is her favorite food along with walnuts which she would eat any of and then ran straight back to bed. When I’m holding her she’s ok as long as I’m scratching her but once I stop she makes a really weird noise and kinda freaks out ( at first I thought she was having a seizure) but she only does it if I’m holding her. She is usually really sweet and likes to cuddle or she’s rowdy and wants to play but not today. 2days should she was in the window sill licking the window and the window track which didn’t concern me too much at the time I just thought ok so she’s a “window licker” I already knew she was special LOL no big deal. But when she started acting weird today I took a closer look at my windows and noticed that there is some mold in the window tracks from the condensation I guess. Could this be what’s causing her behavior and what can I do if anything to help her?

I can't say licking the mold is not a problem but obviously licking the blankets have nothing to do with the mold.
Unusual licking is often associated with pain, licking the blankets can be associated with seizure activity.
I assume she has weaned?
What is her daily diet that she is fed and how many nuts is she given each day?

I apologize but I've heard all kinds called "monkey biscuits," can you elaborate on type?
Does she actually eat the "monkey biscuits?"
I would venture to say she really does need to be on a better diet. Nuts and fruit are treats.
Nuts rob calcium, fruit does not contain the nutrition that's needed. Several walnuts a day is
too many for a captive, too much fruit, and the sometimes squash is not enough veggies.
I would recommend you look at the healthy diet pyramid linked below and make the change to
supply a more suited nutritional diet.

Is this source the source the one you presently are using, aka: "Monkey Biscuits"?
https://www.amazon.com/Exotic-Nutrition-Monkey-Biscuits-Standard/dp/B005NXCX9U/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1547773997&sr=8-3&keywords=monkey+biscuits+for+birds
Ingredients: ground corn, ground wheat, dehulled soybean meal, wheat middlings, animal fat preserved with bha, dry whey, corn gluten meal, dehydrated alfalfa meal, dried beet pulp, sucrose, , calcium carbonate, brewers dried yeast, salt, dicalcium phosphate, cyanocobalamin, riboflavin, dl-methionine, choline chloride, calcium pantothenate, nicotinic acid, folic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine, mononitrate, ascorbic acid, vitamin a acetate, cholecalciferol, l-lysine, menadione, [B]dimethylpyrimidinol bisulfite ((source of vitamin k), dl-alpha iodate, manganous oxide, copper sulfate, cobalt carbonate, zinc sulfate, zinc oxide.
Guaranteed Analysis: crude protein 15%, crude fat 5%, crude fiber 6%
What stands out beyond the usual ingredients in most, though not all animal block diets, is
Alfalfa, dried beet pulp, dehulled soybean meal, wheat middlings are all very high in oxalates, which are known to cannabolize calcium carbonate.
Corn gluten meal coats the lining of the intestines which blocks the thirst sensors. Both ground corn and ground wheat contain glutens that cause damage to the lining of the intestinal tract. I don't want to post the link for obvious reasons; should anyone wants it send me a request.

Henry's Healthy Block has, no corn or corn gluten, or fishmeal, or soybean meal; it does have wheat protein that contains wheat gluten which is also problematic.
Presently in 2nd place for juvenile diets is 2016 Envigo Global Rodent diet.

You are kindly welcome.
HHB block is the most pricey, yet again the best source presently available.
There are a number of choices you can try, yet best to start with the original formula for adults. https://www.henryspets.com/squirrel-diet/
Sometimes with a new source of food there is hesitation to accept it. Should this occur, try adding a drop of Organic Chia Oil from "Foods Alive"
to each block piece you feed daily. Do not substitute this, as most other sources aren't food grade, or organic at this price point.

Is your girl a Fox squirrel, or an E. Gray squirrel; or is she perhaps a Western Gray squirrel, Douglas squirrel, or Red squirrel?
I ask as to determine how many blocks to recommend you feed daily.

Diggie's Friend, when I first read the ingredients for Monkey Biscuits, I didn't think much of it. But then I saw your explanations as to why certain ingredients are harmful and I see this product in a whole new light. The ingredients, especially those at the top of the list, now make me wonder why this product is being sold in the first place because they contradict what a healthy diet should consist of. Thank you for pointing these important details out to us.

Why is for reason that Laboratory animal feeds like Envigo, and most pet block formulas aren't human grade products, and include fillers, additives, along with being processed by means of questionable chemical extraction processes using hexane and other sources. GMO were notably included in an Oxbow formula. As for other sources of animal feed, unless noted to be non GMO free they stand I question on that health issue.
Only Henry's Healthy Blocks is noted to have, "human quality" ingredients.
